Real Motion™ Total Fit Workout
The Real Motion™ Total Fit Workout consists of 3 sets of 10 different exercises, 2 sets of 6 advanced core exercises, and one set of 5 advanced floor exercises. Some of the exercises are simple, some are hard, and each set progresses in difficulty. Total Fit will give you a great full body workout, taking you to a higher level of fit.
The Total Fit Workout uses compound exercises that work your upper and lower body at the same time to ensure you get the most out of your workout. It really works some of those under exercised muscles, like your shoulders and upper back, strengthens your core, and works your biggest muscles in your butt and legs.
Some of the exercises are easy and some are challenging and harder, with a few cardio bursts thrown in to increase intensity and get your heart pumping, and help you burn more calories as you get stronger and fitter.
