Real Motion™ Dumbbell Workout

In the Real Motion™ Dumbbell Workout, there are 37 dumbbell exercises and 19 core exercises over 3 sets of dumbbell exercises and 3 sets of core exercises. Each set of exercises progresses in difficulty.

The Dumbbell Workout is not extreme, insane, or a high intensity workout. Rather, it’s a functional, low impact body workout that will help you strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders, chest, back, core, butt and leg muscles, and build muscle endurance, coordination and balance so you can move and function more easily in all areas of life.
