Real Motion™ Dumbbell Workout Demonstrations

As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Andrew Yskes wants to ensure you exercise safely and correctly so you can achieve your fitness goals. Using proper form and technique is an important part of exercise, and it takes some practice. If you don’t do an exercise correctly, you won’t gain the full benefit from it, and you could end up hurting yourself.

There are 35 different exercises, and 2 variations. Because some of these exercises might be new to you, first practice them without using weights. Some suggestions for modifications to make an exercise easier or harder are included.
