Real Motion™ Total Fit Workout Demonstrations
As a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Andrew Yskes wants to ensure you exercise safely and correctly so you can achieve your fitness goals. Knowing how to do an exercise correctly, using proper form and technique, will help you gain the full benefit of exercise, and minimize your chance of injury.
That’s why these exercise demonstrations were made. There are 30 exercises in the Real Motion Total Fit workout along with 12 advanced core and 5 additional floor/core exercises. No weights are used in the demonstrations which might make them look a bit easier.
Watch and learn. For beginners, you’ll benefit from learning how to do these exercises first so you can keep up in the workout. For experienced exercisers, some of these exercises may be new or a new variation of another exercise, so a review will help.
