The Real Motion Workouts are functional fitness workouts for everyone.
There are two workout programs, the Dumbbell Workout and Total Fit Workout, with over 3 hours of exercise options. There are also demo videos showing you how to do the exercises safely and correctly.
New to Real Motion is the Bear Essentials Natural Movement Fitness Program.
Real Motion is exercise for your entire body, especially the core muscles (your abdomen and back). Real Motion uses weight bearing exercises using lightweight dumbbells and your own body weight to help you get stronger, more mobile and flexible, and improve your balance.
It doesn’t matter if you’re young or older, out of shape or doing okay for now. *Everyone who can move can exercise. It doesn’t matter what stage of life you are in, we all need to exercise for good health and a better life.
